Beware the Green Slime! I put that in my tubes and got a flat while doing 70mph on the interstate. By the time I got the bike stopped, it had a 1-1/2" tear in the tube. It took what seemed like an hour to get that stuff cleaned off of the tuibe well enough to get a patch to stick. Slime seemed like a great idea at the time, but I would no longer recommend it. I just wish cast wheeles and run-flat tires would catch on with bikes as they have with cars.
